He called again last night; telling me that in the morning there would be a box on my porch, which I was to bring inside my house, place in my bedroom; and leave it unopened. He told me he would be calling again tomorrow night. Then he had me turn out all the lights and get in bed; snuggled safely under the down comforter as he told me one last story. It was a story of a man who finally holds the woman of his dreams; of how the man held her tenderly, and tasted her lips as if they were the finest and rarest of wines. He told of how the man stroked and caressed the woman of his dreams, to ease the fear that caused her heart to beat triple time within her chest. Then, just as I drifted off to sleep I remember hearing the phone hang up.
That night, as I sat remembering his words from the previous night, I looked through the window at the beautiful sunset over the mountains in the distance. I remembered bits and pieces of the conversations from the last year and understood that all those conversations had led up to that very night. I was certainly tired of being alone. I admitted that. However, this was just so strange! As I lifted the coffee cup to my lips to take a sip, I noticed the trembling of my hand … every nerve in my body was drawing tight.
There was no question that he knew who I was. I had long before stopped asking him how he knew me, and from where. He had called me once or twice a week, every week for over a year. I had not really felt afraid of him for a long time. But I was always just a little uneasy after talking to him. I mean, it is almost as if we had developed a sort of relationship, if that was possible from just talking to each other … yet I knew nothing of him.

Cage of the Soul will be taking on new directions! Leather, lace, vintage – and so much more.
First: I’m adding to the array of gifted, amazing and talented photographers I’ve already had the pleasure of working with. Next: The most important part of the new direction for Cage of the Soul is that Cage will no longer be a paid/members only site.
Cage of the Soul has been and continues to be my passion. She is an outlet for my own little perversion of sexy, shiny and dark. I have been so very fortunate to have worked with some of the most beautiful souls this community has to offer; not to mention the talent of many photographers and designers ( Lust Designs Billy Antiseptic & Eirik Aswang just to name a few ♥ !!).
As long as I can continue to be blessed with inspiration from the above and have continued support behind the scenes, I will share my passion, my fetish of beauty, intelligence, and strength of women only Erotica.
I told Myself ; “self I said” … We’re done taking on new mentee/pupils/students/ apprentices etc. It feels like, with the new generation of Dommes, there’s no longer a desire to be traditionally mentored … the ways of the past were just that: the past.
Lately, I was proven wrong. Enter last year with the beautiful, intelligent Julie Simone; April of this year, enter the ever so enticing and brilliant Dominique D’Vita. To know that these two women find My insight into the Lifestyle useful to their growth and fulfillment is almost overwhelming. So, I’ve broken My rule: I have two new mentees. It is an awesome pleasure and responsibility to help form Lifestyle directions and abilities. It is an equal pleasure (and responsibility) to help – in effect – future submissives find their Lifestyle direction from genuine and sincere Dommes who have learned their craft in traditional ways. it’s never clear in these circumstances who benefits the most; Me, my mentees or their future submissives.
Just as a point, it’s worth noting that the following women have forever changed My life, for they have given this old school heart something to strive and work towards again. I thank them with everything that I am.
